Toby Getsch's Johari Window

The Johari Window was invented by Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingham in the 1950s as a model for mapping personality awareness. By describing yourself from a fixed list of adjectives, then asking your friends and colleagues to describe you from the same list, a grid of overlap and difference can be built up.

You are reading this page because Toby Getsch wants to know how you'd describe him or her - pick the five or six words from the list below that you think describe Toby Getsch the best.

This Johari window and its design are very inspired of Kevan's one, but have been fully recoded on the server-side.
If you want to give credit, gimme 15% of them to me and 85% to Kevan XD
